• Export/Import Business Fee: 800,000 – 1,000,000 VND/1 container or 1 LCL shipment (export fees are usually slightly lower than import fees)
• If goods require inspection (red channel declaration): +500,000 – 600,000 VND.

• The quoted price excludes VAT, other related charges (for the port, shipping company, third parties, etc.), and specialized inspection fees (if the goods are subject to inspection).
• Shipments of 3 containers or more will have more favorable rates.

III. This customs brokerage service fee includes the following tasks:

• Prepare the customs documents.
• Upload and transmit the declaration form using the VNACCS software.
• Submit the application and complete the procedures at the customs office.
• Clearance of declaration
• Obtain the order from the shipping company, and exchange it at the port.

In addition, businesses may need to pay other supplementary fees (if necessary), such as:

• Delivery fees (D/O), THC (Terminal Handling Charge), container cleaning, unloading at the warehouse, and container handling fees. In general, these are fees determined by third parties such as shipping lines or ports.
• Container storage fees, container yard fees, and for refrigerated goods, an additional fee for refrigeration is charged.
• Customs declaration fees, export and import taxes, etc.

• You need to prepare key information about the shipment , as well as your requirements. Many service providers will refuse to provide a detailed quote without sufficient information.
